3820977 - Why am I seeing "020 RATE CODE FORMAT ERROR" in the search matrix while searching for car?

User is searching for car and there is "020 RATE CODE FORMAT ERROR #ZI#" displayed in the search matrix for Avis car.

When the module setting "Travel Discounts by Org Unit" is enabled, Concur freeze the old discount information and then provide a new page to update the discount codes with Org unit. When a search is done, Concur still pull the old discount information and show to the user instead of providing the discounts by org unit. Client are recommended to remove the old discount information and then they need to add the new discount setup with org unit. CORP for Avis(ZI) is currently freezed in the back end, hence the reason they are getting error for Avis(ZI).
