SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
Our company has some request booking switch rules in place. When our users try to submit an offline request using the Web version of Concur, they receive a prompt to redirect them to an online booking, but they can still bypass this prompt by clicking Submit anyway to proceed with offline booking. I would like to confirm if users will see the same prompt in the SAP Concur mobile app to be redirected to Travel in order to book their trip or to bypass the rule and submit the offline request.
