3821026 - Can I change the search window setting from +/- 2 hours to only +2 hours or –2 hours?

Symptom

While doing a flight search we get a combined option to select +/- 2hours and above. Can this be changed to only +2 hours or -2hours
For example, I need the flight options from 9AM to + 2hours only for onward and options from 10AM to – 3 hours only for return.
