3821070 - Why don't I see the SNCF/TGV results when searching from Air/Rail tab?

Symptom

When I search for SNCF/TGV from Air/Rail tab, no SNCF fares are displayed. But my colleague from the same Travel Configuration, Rule Class and Org Unit can see SNCF results.
