3821141 - Why is Mileage Calculator not pointing an address to the correct location?

One of our Employees is encountering an issue with the Mileage Calculator when entering a Mileage expense. Specifically, when the Employee enters the "From Location": [enter address], and the "To Location": [enter address] and click the Mileage Calculator, the value in "B" field under the Waypoints is showing a different value than what we entered in the "To Location". It is showing a [city 1 address] when it should be a [city 2 address]. Please see the attached picture showing this issue. Is this a Google maps issue ? If so, please advise how can get Google maps corrected.
