3821223 - Why is Drive creating Expense line item when I stop my vehicle for making phone calls to other customers, for gas, for lunch etc?

When the traveler stops the vehicle to call customers, gas, lunch, etc. Drive stops tracking the route and creates an expense line item even though the trip is not completed yet.
