3821259 - Why my allocations are not being saved?

I would like to know why the Allocate button is not available to be selected when I select an expense entry.



Even if I select the expense on the expense report, click on allocate, proper fill the information and click save, the information is not properly recorded.
When I access the allocate again, what I have filled before is missing.


Why this is happening?
