Why am I getting the error ''Access denied (divisional view)'' when I am trying to do the Travel Import user data?

Travel > Data Transfer > Import Data

Concur Travel all versions

While I am doing the Import of User Data file, getting an error "Access denied (divisional view)" , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
