3821331 - Why are my reports being rejected due to missing hotel itemizations?

When I create hotel itemizations in either the mobile app or Concur desktop they are not populating/saving.  As a work around I attempted to type in the rates and taxes manually and save, however the data is still not retained. Since the itemization is required, my reports are being rejected upon submission.
