3821356 - Why do I receive the following error message 'You have allocated this expense type, but it is not 100% allocated. Please correct your allocation.' when allocating in the NextGen UI for Concur Expense?

When I allocate an amount in the NextGen UI for Concur Expense, although I fully allocate the amount, I receive the following error message  'You have allocated this expense type, but it is not 100% allocated. Please correct your allocation.' As you can see from the screenshot below the amount is 100% allocated. Can you please advise why this occurs and how to fix it?
