3821396 - Error: "The segment type key [XXXX] is not authorized for the authorization request policy [XXXX]"

A user booked two items (such as a flight and a hotel) through Concur Travel, but they noticed an issue upon being redirected to Concur Request. The automatically created request was missing one of the booked items in the Expected Expenses section.

When the TMC attempted to import the PNR into the request, an exception message was displayed: "The segment type key [XXXX] is not authorized for the authorization request policy [XXXX]".
