3821448 - Why am I getting the error message "DisallowDoubleETForTsaError" ?

This issue happens only on sites using the Sabre reservation system
Content is being returned when trying to book, but  a generic error returned as soon as segments (Air / Car / Hotel / Rail) are selected and confirmed

"We were unable to finalize your reservation. This can happen for a variety of reasons beyond our control, most often due to the airline updating your reservation at the same time we were trying to do the same. If you continue to receive this error, please contact your agency to complete your booking. We apologize for any inconvenience."
