3821479 - Why is VAT not pulling through on our Fuel For Mileage expense type?

Even if I add a valid VAT receipt in my mileage claim, I cannot see the reclaimable VAT for the Fuel For Mileage expense type. In other expenses I see an exception message that reads 'Warning: The VAT has not been recovered fully for this expense. Please add more Fuel receipts.' How can I correct this situation?
