3821491 - How do I obtain list of Support cases that we have created from the past few years?

For audit purpose we need list of all tickets opened by our ASC's to SAP CONCUR in last 3 years preferably from Jan 2017. Kindly Assist.

Expense > Unspecified - Expense

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Invoice all versions ; Concur Travel all versions

Report on opened Support cases , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
