Why does the Message "This purchase will be charged to your company directly" fail to display when there is a Corporate Ghost Card?

The message "This purchase will be charged to your company directly" is not displayed while booking rail. As per the Ghost card settings it is enabled for rail. But when booked with Silver rail we could see the Ghost card number appearing in Select method of payment instead of seeing the expected message "This purchase will be charged to your company directly"  , KBA , CON-CA-USP-CRC , Credit Cards , Problem
