3821629 - Can the deduction (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) be reduced by a specific percentage according to the Full Rate in the TA configuration(New TA service)?

Is it possible to calculate the reductions based on the 28 euros even though there are 7 euros for the day?
Example: 7 € minus 5,60 € (20% of 28 EUR). Because legally it also must be calculated based on the 28 euros.

We had an answer from the support that Adjustment Factor will be preceding in the calculation syntax and percent deduction applied derived from the the reduced rate for Germany (resulting from Adjustment Factor setting), but we think we always need the deductions based on the full day rate 28 euros.
