Why does the "Searching for Location" pop-up box in Concur Travel display a different city, state, or country when the user enters "Deerfield" in the Reference Point/Zip Code and clicks Search?
SAP Concur populates "Deerfield, MA, USA" in the pop-up box and user was expecting Deerfield, IL to be populated.
