3821674 - Is it possible to configure hierarchies within the Delegate Configuration?

We would like to refine the delegate configurations and allow the users to add delegates that belongs only to some specific groups.
For example: We have the Expense Groups 'Coordinators', 'Managers' and 'Directors'.

We would like to allow 'Managers' to delegate the approvals only for users that belongs to 'Managers' (same hierarchy level) and 'Directors' (higher hierarchy level) groups, avoiding them to select 'Coordinators' (lower hierarchy level).

Does SAP Concur allow us to restrict the groups that a user can select as a delegate?
