3821728 - How can I set up my workflow to have individual line items sent to a certain department?

I would like to have our workflow designed so that individual line items are sent to a specific department head for approval.

Expense > Workflow/Audit Rules

Concur Expense all versions

Client would like to set up a Cost Object Approval workflow , KBA , CON-EXP-ADM-WFL-WL , Workflow , Problem
