3821741 - Why are the request segment amounts not updating after the Offline PNR retrieval?

We currently have the issue that passive segments do not update the Segment value in Request when retrieved. The TMC books the accommodation and pushes the PNR back into Concur. The Request workflow updated correctly and the itinerary is attached to the Request but there is no value in the segment.
 
Please can you assist in explaining how we can ensure that the cost of the passive segment is updated into the Request successfully.
