3821750 - How can I add an additional queuing line in the finishing template in the Trip Change mode?

Symptom

I need to add an additional queue to specific criteria in a finishing template. I only need to have PNR's queued when a change is made to a car or hotel. How can I add a line in Trip Change mode.
