3821757 - Will 300/305 record employee import file wipe off the data, if same user profile is not included in the daily file?

Symptom

We currently send a 305 and 350 file over daily to Concur. We are moving to a delta type file, where only employees who have changes to their info will be sent on the files, opposed to sending everyone everyday as we do now.

I just wanted to confirm this won't be problematic. People who exist in Concur but don't have any changes will be left off the files, so I wanted to make sure their data in Concur won't be affected/deactivated by not being on the daily file?
