3821792 - SI Check error for Class /SAPAPO/CL_SDM_MARC_PLSTA during readiness report execution

Symptom

When executing the Simplification Item Check in report /SDF/RC_START_CHECK it shows for Class /SAPAPO/CL_SDM_MARC_PLSTA that there are still entries relevant for migration in table /SAPAPO/PLSTA_CV.

When displaying table /SAPAPO/PLSTA_CV in SE16n or SE16H, in fact there are records with MIGRATED = empty.
