3821806 - Why am I unable to find a full size SUV (FFAR) under National Rental Car (ZL) in Concur though it is available in the GDS reservation system?

• When we try to book Full size SUV (FFAR) with National Rental Car (ZL) which is an allowable car type in the configuration and per Rule class in Concur, we are unable to see it in the display column and matrix. 

           The configuration has the following-
              Allowable Car Types- Any Car Class
              Default Car Type- Intermediate Car 
              Allow Automatic reservations of- Cars that are in policy 
              Always run a General Shop Request for Car Searches- enabled 

• When we click on "More Search Options' and specify Full size SUV (FFAR), we get the results.
• We checked our contract with National Rental Car and it allows Full size SUVs.

   Shouldn't all car types be offered in the initial search?
