3821831 - SAE File with Invalid Characters in Billed Credit Card Account Number Column

Symptom

Last night our SAE file came through with invalid characters in Column 130 "Billed Credit Card Account Number". Because of this, the SAE file failed processing on our end for the business unit.
Can you please look into it and let us know what causes this issue and prevent this from happening again.

The bad data looks something like this: \∩\┐\╜\∩\┐\╜\∩\┐\╜\ (just a partial example)
