3821856 - Why do I get the error "The Wizard number you entered in your Cliqbook profile is incorrect"?

User does a booking for Avis Car rental, for any location. The user selects their Avis Frequent number on the final page and, when they select Reserve Car and Continue, an error is received:

"We're Sorry... We encountered an issue that prevents us from completing your request. Avis was unable to reserve your car for you, the reason fore this is usually:

• The name on your Wizard number does not match in SAP Concur
• The Wizard number you entered in your SAP Concur Travel profile is incorrect.
• NAME DOES NOT MATCH WIZARD PROFILEENTER CORRECT NAME FOR WIZARD NUMBER ERROR"
