Is it possible to create an Audit Rule with a blocking exception if more than one Missing Receipt Affidavit (MRA) is attached to an Expense Report?
For example, one MRA per expense Report is permitted, but if the user adds another MRA the blocking exception will appear and the report cannot be submitted.
