3822035 - Why are some reports showing / not showing under "Active Reports"?

Under the Expense tab, there is an "Active Reports" section, under manage expenses, where I cannot see some of my expense reports anymore.

Expense > Unspecified - Expense

Concur Expense all versions

User is unable to see an Expense Report under the "Active Reports" section under the Expense tab. , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
