3822119 - Why is there a Mismatch between Intelligence Report Airfare Details and Concur's Standard Travel Report Flight Detail?

We have recently made a comparison between the following two Concur reports:

Report 1: Concur's Standard Travel Report - Flight Detail
Report 2: Concur's Intelligence Report - Airfare Details

For the same period of time, these reports show different data.  Bookings are shown in the Concur Intelligence report (Flight Detail) but cannot be found in the Flight Detail report from Concur's Standard Travel report.  It appears they are all TravelFusion bookings.
