3822143 - Error: "The itinerary(ies) selected are configured to use different rates and cannot be applied to the current expense report. Modify the selected itinerary(ies) and try again."

User has changed the Job Level in the Profile settings, so the TA configuration has been changed automatically as each level use separate TA configurations. 
But system still showed previous level`s rates in the itinerary in the user`s new report.  And system pop up error when trying to create new itinerary.
