3822166 - Why does the system revert the modified tax amount to its initial value for Car Mileage expense entries after the report is submitted?

The user has adjusted the applied tax amount and subsequently submitted the report. However, upon reviewing the report, the processor has noticed that the system has recalculated or reversed the tax amount back to the original value that was initially applied by the system for the Car mileage expense type.
