3822177 - How can we utilize 300% rule with US TAS statutory bundle?

Many Major customers has the 300% rule enabled under USGSA. This is a checkbox on the Expenses & Adjustments screen that if checked, increases the Lodging rate by 300%. This is intended to be used when there’s a conference and the rate is higher than usual. In the UI, when the employee checks the box, the rate is increased, and the employee is not over the limit. However, the SAE is splitting based on the Government base rate instead of the new increased rate with the 300% rule applied. That means the hotels using the 300% rule as being flagged as unallowable when they should not be.
