3822186 - Why when setting up a carrier as preferred on a lane, other carriers still show as preferred as well?

A configuration has a lane set up between two airports. There is a preferred carrier on the late, however, when searching for flights between the defined city pair, other carriers still show as preferred as well. 

Below is the lane setup between ORD and PHL. United is the preferred carrier. 



The results still show Delta Airlines along with United as preferred.
