3822193 - Why are reports that are updated to 'automated audit approved' in Appzen still requiring manual approval before they move to the manager in SAP Concur?

Symptom

We're seeing a number of reports each day that were 'automated audit approved' in Appzen, but are still stuck in SAP Concur and require manual approval before they move to the manager. How can we correct this so the report is moved to the manager?
