When configuring travel policy rules I often need to enter some value, like city name, hotel name, airline name etc. Are travel policy rules case sensitive and does Concur expect only capital, small or Proper Case?
For example, a rule Cabin classes allowed: Premium Economy when Marketing airline is in 9f does not work, whereas 9F works. Why?
