I'm seeing this error on the employee import:

An Unexpected Error occurred attempting to save Travel information for the employee with EmployeeId= [XXXXX]. The following details should be communicated to Concur Client Support. Details: RESULT: Failed User ID: null Action: Created Message:Create user failed. LoginId should have one '@' character: XXXXX. When I access the profile in user administration, the CTE Login ID for the user does have the @ symbol.

How do I resolve the issue?
