Trip was not approved within the requested time and, as per customer’s request, Travel Agency issued the ticket. After that, the trip was auto-canceled by SAP Concur upon reaching the approval deadline.
The Airline confirmed to reinstate the booking and tickets were re-issued by Travel Agency. Can the ticketing information be updated into SAP Concur so that the status is changed to Ticketed?
Is it possible to reinstate a withdrawn trip if agency confirms it again?
