3822380 - Error : Error processing uploaded file. Required Field 'PmtMethodCode' is not included in the excel file. Download a new template and populate it with user information.

Symptom

I have imported Employee import file through the Import/Extract monitor, using the 305 record type. I have received following error message: importer.employee.invalid_pmtmethodcode

How can I resolve this issue?
