3822483 - Will the partially sent back report be charged as a new transaction?

We would like to be able to partially send back an expense report when further supporting is required for specific items, but we know that partially send back a report will automatically created a new report as the approved items would be included in the original report. We would like to know if the new report will be counted as a new transaction and have charged?
