Imagine a scenario where a user has both a Hotel and an Air Ticket included in their approved request. After booking the Airfare in Concur Travel, but not the Hotel, the Hotel entry was unexpectedly removed from the request.
This is how the system is designed to operate. In the "Approve then Book" scenario, if only one of the segments from an approved request is booked in Travel, the system will automatically remove any unused segments from the request.
