3822560 - Why am I unable to cancel my Amtrak reservation?

When I try to cancel my Amtrak reservation, I follow these steps:

• On the Trip Library, click Cancel Trip

• Click OK

 

• A generic error is returned: "We're sorry... We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request"
