3822606 - Error: AVIS WIZARD NUMBER NOT STORED OR NAME ON CARD MAY NOT BE THE SAME

Symptom

I have created a Car reservation with Avis in Concur Travel. In my travel itinerary remarks filed displayed an error states AVIS WIZARD NUMBER NOT STORED OR NAME ON CARD MAY NOT BE THE SAME. Why am I receiving this error in Concur Travel?
