3822613 - Why the "Custom35 - Tax Reclaim Country" field is not updated accordingly after processor modified the city of the expense entry?

Symptom

The processor has updated the 'City of Purchase' from Rome to Berlin for an expense entry on behalf of the user. However, the 'Custom35 - Tax Reclaim Country' was not updated to 'DE' but keep the previous value 'IT'. Could you please advise why?
