3822689 - How do I set up a test condition "trip has car segment, booked outside of working hours" in finishing template?

I want to set up a test condition for additional queuing to send CAR bookings to a separate queue after hours. I can see in the Finishing template editor guide how to set up a queue to send car bookings or after hours bookings to a separate queue but not how to combine both conditions into one. Can this be done?
