3822698 - Error: "Sorry, but something went wrong with this task. Try refreshing the page, or sign out and sign in again." when trying to create an Statement Report

While trying to create a Statement Report, after selecting the desired expenses under Available Expenses and and pressing Move to and New report, user faces the following error message: 



After clicking Close, it is possible to see that all the transactions remain under Available Expenses and the Statement Report is not created.
