3822720 - Audit Trail displays incorrect timestamps

The Audit Trails of some expense reports may show incorrect time stamps for data that was recorded during the timeframe of November 14^th, 2017 to December 1^st, 2017.  Thus, it may appear that an approval step was completed before the expense report was submitted or that approvals occurred out of order.  Although the timestamps may be inaccurate, the events occurred in the proper sequence.
