3822727 - How can I stop values copying from employee form to report header form?

A Custom field is set to copy down the value from the employee form to the report header form and they would like to stop this from happening so that users are forced to select a value themselves when creating an expense report.

A default value is appearing within a custom field on the report header form, this is the same value that is set in the employee form. How can I stop this from happening so users are forced to select a value themselves? , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
