SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
While booking a Renfe trip, I cannot proceed in the "Reserve and Book" due to the following error message:
"Missing required passport or national ID. Update your profile"
When clicking on "Book and Continue", I am not able to proceed. The error message appears on the top of the Review and Book page.
