3822799 - Why is there no Vat Rate field in itemized entry when I itemize an expense with same expense type as the parent entry?

When I use the same expense type to itemize a Road Taxes – Company car expense type entry, the VAT Rate field is only show in the parent entry but not in the itemized entry.

However, in some cases where there are two different tax rates are required for a specific country (like in Canada), the VAT rate field is both present in the parent entry and child entry.
This is required as taxes in Canada are also needed from their corresponding provinces aside from its country (GST).
