3822871 - Why do I keep getting application error when I go to the expense module and leave the page idle?

When I login to SAP Concur and click Expense tab, I get the following message after some time.

Application error:  "Unexpected System Error. Please try your action one more time. If you encounter the error again, please forward all information, including the events leading to the system error, to your Expense administrator." .



This message will reappear while navigating through the expense module.

I am keep getting application error when go to expense module even leave the page idle , KBA , CON-CA , Cross Applications , CON-EXP-TRS , Trip Segments / Reservations , CON-EXP-ERT , E-Receipts , Problem
